摘要
催化裂化干气制乙苯技术在大连石化公司100kt/a催化裂化干气制苯乙烯装置进行了工业应用。结果表明:利用催化裂化干气中的乙烯生产高附加值的苯乙烯,工艺技术可行,工艺流程简单,操作方便,产品质量满足市场需要,其中苯与苯乙烯质量比为0.94,乙烯与苯乙烯质量比为0.31,苯乙烯产品纯度达99.8%,生产每吨苯乙烯的能耗为35.04GJ。
The industrial application of styrene production process by FCC dry gas with benzene was carried on the 100kt/a styrene unit in Dalian Petrochemical Company. The result showed that the process had the advantages of simple flow scheme, convenient operation, and the quality of styrene product met the requirement of market. The weight ratio of benzene to styrene was 0. 94, the weight ratio of ethylene to styrene was 0. 31, and the purity of styrene reached 99. 8%. The energy consumption was 35. 04GJ/t styrene.
