摘要
根据油罐底含油污泥的特殊组成,用国产设备,组配成套油罐底污泥处理设施;污泥经过调质和离心分离技术处理后得到资源化利用。污泥中的碳氢化合物回收率达到94.5%,回收油可以达到回炼要求,污水达到排放污水处理场要求,污泥量减至原来的12.2%。
According to the special composition of the oily sludge from tank bottoms, a set of treatment device was assembled by domestic equipments. Through treatment of subsidence and centrifugal separation, the sludge became useful resources, the retrieval rate of hydrocarbons reached 94. 5%, which could be reached processing demand. The discharged water met the requirement of the wastewater treatment plant, and the remained sludge was reduced to 12. 2% of the original.
