摘要
研究了IIR/CIIR并用比、补强剂品种和用量以及软化剂对IIR/CIIR共混硫化胶动态力学性能的影响。研究表明 :IIR/CIIR并用比对共混硫化胶的动态力学性能有明显的影响 ,当IIR/CIIR的并用比为 80 / 2 0时 ,综合力学性能比较好 ;炭黑品种和用量对共混硫化胶动态力学性能有显著的影响。粗粒子炭黑使共混硫化胶的损耗因子tanδ峰值增大 ,随炭黑用量增大 ,tanδ峰值显著减小 ;
The influence of the IIR/CIIR blending ratio,the filler type and loading level and the softener level on the dynamic mechanical properties of IIR/CIIR vulcanizate was investigated.The results showed that the IIR/CIIR blending ratio had a significant effect on the dynamic mechanical properties of IIR/CIIR vulcanizate and the better comprehensive mechanical properties of vulcanizate were obtained when the IIR/CIIR blending ratio was 80/20;the filler type and loading level also had a significant effect on the dynamic mechanical properties of IIR/CIIR vulcanizate,the peak tan δ of IIR/CIIR vulcanizate increased by using coarse black and the peak tan δ decreased significantly as the loading level of carbon black increased;and the softener had an effect on the dynamic mechanical properties of IIR/CIIR vulcanizate to an extent.
