摘要
从农业发展新阶段、国际大市场、农业可持续发展、农业产业化发展及人们生活水平提高等5个方面,分析了我国发展优质安全稻米的重要性和紧迫性;简要回顾了我国优质安全稻米研究和生产的三个阶段,分析了优质安全稻米发展在品种、产业化经营、栽培技术及加工上存在的问题和难点以及发展的机遇。据此,提出了我国优质安全稻米的发展对策,即加强优质品种的选育、引进和推广;加强农业生态环境建设,建立专用生产基地;建立现代企业运行机制,加快优质安全稻米产业化进程;研究完善并推广优质安全栽培技术体系,提高技术到位率;创建优质安全稻米精深加工体系,全面提高稻米品质。
The significance and necessity of high-quality and safe rice production were stressed in the paper based on description of the new stage of agricultural development, international agriculture market, sustainable agricultural development, agricultural industrialization development and standard of Chinese living improvement. Three developmental procedures in high-quality and safe rice production in China were reviewed. The difficulty, including variety improvement, rice industrialization, cultivated technology and rice processing, and opportunity for its development were analyzed. Finally, some countermeasures have been suggested for further development of high-quality and safe rice. The main points are as follows: breeding, introduction and extension of high-quality rice varieties, establishment of productive base with good ecological and soil conditions, industrialization of high-quality and safe rice with an advanced modern management system, investigation and extension of good cultivated technology and development of finely processing of high-quality and safe rice.
