摘要
用不同浓度的槲皮素对绿豆幼苗进行处理,发现在黑暗条件下槲皮素对绿豆幼苗下胚轴的伸长 有轻微抑制作用,但有壮苗作用,能促进幼苗鲜重增加,且这种作用伴随槲皮素浓度的增加逾加明显。 对绿豆幼苗3种保护酶的测定表明,经槲皮素处理后的绿豆幼苗,其SOD下降,CAT上长,而POD活 性则在低浓度表现为下降,在高浓度范围表现为上升。在光照条件下,槲皮素处理促进绿豆幼苗的苗高、 鲜重及单位长度苗重的增加。
Using Quercetin on mung bean seedling in different consistence. We discovered that in the dark. Quercetin could inhibited elongation, but it strengthened the seedling by promoting fresh weight, and the result was more evident with higher content. After Quercetin treatment, the activity of SOD decresed, the activity of CAT increased, while the activity of POD decreased in lower content, increased in higher content of Quercetin. Under lighting, the Quercetin treatment increased the height, the fresh weight and the fresh weight per centimter of the mung bean seedling.
