低电阻率碳化硅纤维先驱体的熔融纺丝与不熔化处理 被引量:1

MELT SPINNING AND CURE TREATMENT OF THE PRECURSOR FOR SILICON CARBIDE FIBER WITH LOW SPECIFIC RESISTANCE

摘要 为了制备低电阻率SiC纤维 ,在聚碳硅烷合成时引入了聚氯乙烯。研究了引入聚氯乙烯制得的聚碳硅烷PC -P的熔融纺丝与PC -P纤维的不熔化处理。研究表明 :PC -P具有良好的纺丝性 ,PC -P的纺丝温度高出其熔点 60~ 90℃。PC -P纤维不熔化处理最高温度高出其熔点 15~ 3 0℃ ,PC -P纤维需要的不熔化程度是 :质量增加率 2 %~ 6% ,Si—H键反应程度 2 5 %~ 5 0 % ,凝胶含量 0~ 75 % ,均比普通聚碳硅烷 (PCS)纤维低。 SiC fiber with low specific resistance was prepared from polycarbosilane (PC-P) that was synthesized by introducing polyvinyl chloride into polydimethysilance. The melt spinning of PC-P and the cure treatment of PC-P fiber were discussed in this paper. It is found that the spin-ability of PC-P is excellent. PC-P fiber with the diameter of 12-15 μm is easily melt spun at high speed at the temperature of 60-90°C higher than its melting point and the curing temperature of PC-P fiber is 15-30°C higher than its melting point. The weight gain, reaction degree of Si-H bonds and gel content caused by the oxidative curing of PC-P fibers are found to be less than those of PCS fibers. When the weight gain, the reaction degree of Si-H bonds and the gel content of PC-P fiber reach 2%-6%, 25%-50% and 0-75% respectively, a high tensile strength of silicon carbide fibers may be got.
