白色阿利尼特水泥的形成及其矿物相研究 被引量:8

STUDY ON FIRED TEMPERATURE AND MICRO-MORPHOLOGY OF WHITE ALINITE CEMENT

摘要 以石灰石、叶腊石和CaCl2 为主要原料 ,制得了一种新型白水泥。利用XRD ,SEM -EDS等 ,研究了该水泥的适宜烧成温度范围和熟料的显微形貌。研究结果表明 :该白水泥适宜煅烧温度范围为 12 0 0~ 13 5 0℃ ,形成的主要矿物为阿利尼特和少量C1 1 A7·CaCl2 ,随着温度的升高 ,C1 1 A7·CaCl2 逐渐减少 ,在 14 0 0℃ ,阿利尼特开始分解 ,形成了少量的C3S ;在 13 5 0℃下烧成熟料中 ,阿利尼特矿物质为不规则的多面体 ,表面带有平行晶纹 ;熟料为含有大量孔的烧结体 ,烧结体呈三维网络状结构。 A new type of white cement was prepared using limestone, pyrophyllite and CaCl2 as main raw materials. The suitable burning temperature and the micro-morphology of the cement were studied by XRD, SEM-EDS, etc.. The results show that the optimum burning temperature of the cement is in the range of 1200-1350°C and the composition of cement mineral is alinite with few C11A7&middotCaCl2. The content of C11A7&middotCaCl2 reduced gradually with the increase of burning temperature. Alinite decomposes to form alite (C3S) at the temperature of 1400°C. The micro-morphology of the cement sample burned at 1350°C is a sinter with high porosity in tri-dimensional network construction, while alinite appears as an irregular polyhedron with twin crystal line on the surface.
