摘要
论述了利用改装后的报废显微硬度计进行金相组织中的第二相粒子的分布及数量的测定方法,该方法具有比一般金相法更快捷、准确的特点,同时又使报废设备得到充分利用.既降低了工作量又提高了工作效率,同时提高了测量精度,简化了操作手续,使一项繁琐的测量过程变得简单易学.
A handy method for testing distribution and quantity of secondphase particles in microstructure was discussed in this paper,This method is quicker and more accurate than that of metallographic examination,at the same time,the scraped equipment is used wealthily.The workload is reduced and the efficiency is improved,At the same time,the process of operating gets easy,the measuring precision is improved,and the complex process of measuring is easy to be learned.
