摘要
图书馆用户教育正在或已经成为信息时代图书馆的一项主要工作。我们应当提高认识,转变观念;加强用户教育的统一规划与实施;重视用户教育的评估与研究;建立一支专业化、高素质的用户教育队伍,努力提高用户教育水平。
The library consumer education is becoming and has become one main job in the information era. We should deepen our understanding and transform concepts.It's essential to strengthen the unified programme of consumers' education and to put it into effect.It's necessary to devote much attention to the evaluation and research about consumers' education.Our final aim is to build up professional and highly qualified staff for the consumers' education,and to heighten the level of the consumers' education.
