摘要
在细胞立体定量学研究方面,用微机图像处理系统替代人工测量统计的方法,通过对数千张组织切片细胞图像的统计表明,结果与实测相似。认为:微机图像处理系统对组织切片进行细胞立体定量学分析速度快、精度高、可比性强、可避免人为误差。
In the region of stereologic quantitative analysis of cells,manualmeasurement is more complicated,inefficient and easier to cause manmade errors.Therefore,the authors used computer-based image processing system to carry outstereologic quantitative analysis of cells instead of manual measurement.In theuse of this system to process and measure the thousands of cross-section images,the results were similar to thosc obtained by manual measuring.It is suggestedthat this method has the advantages of rapidity,accuracy,and rcliability.
