丁二烯作业工人神经肌电生理学研究 被引量:2

ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL STUDIES ON WORKERS EXPOSED TO 1.3-BUTADIENE

摘要 选择接触丁二烯的作业工人66名为观察组,以不接触丁二烯或其它毒物,经临床检查无神经系统疾病健康的工人34名为对照组。进行临床俭查和神经肌电生理检查,结果表明,接触组神经衰弱症候群和植物神经功能紊乱者增多。肌电图出现多项电位,大力收缩干扰型减少,诱发肌动作电位电压降低、时限延长;感觉神经传导速度减慢;F—波潜伏时轻微延长。中枢神经系统功能紊乱,周围神经损伤,特别是感觉神经系统对丁二烯毒性较敏感。长期接触低浓度丁二烯的工人已出现神经系统损害。提示国家现行的丁二烯最高容许浓度1 00mg/m^3已偏高,应进行修订。 66 Workers exposed to 1.3—butadiene constantly were investigated asstudy group.34 Worders unexposed to any poison and no having any nervous systemdisease were listed as control group.All of them were studied by electroneuro-myophysiological examinations.The studies showed:high incidence of neurasthe-nic syndrome and autonomic nerve functional disorder;polyphasic potential inadductor pollicis brevis in workers exposed,lowered amplitude,prolongation ofduration of M—wave,reduced interference patern at maximum innervation andslowing of sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV).The results indicated thatcentral nervous system function was disorder;peripheral nerve was damaged;thesensory nervous system was more sensitive to 1.3—butadiene toxicity;nervoussystem of workers long—term exposed to lower concentration of 1.3—butadienehas been damaged.The standard(MAC 100mg/m')of occupational health of ourcountry is not applicable,and should be revised.
