摘要
对ABS/PVC无溴阻燃高分子合金的配方体系进行了系统研究,通过均匀试验、回归分析及寻优计算与方程验证,结果表明:1)当体系配比为m(ABS):m(PVC):m(CPE):m(Sb_2O_3):m(Al(OH)_3)=100:60:4:5:25时,体系的缺口冲击强度为12.8kJ·m^(-2),拉伸强度为35.3MPa,氧指数为30.1,体系综合性能较好。
The statistics of regressing analysis of the experimental results which form the uniform design were done. And some regressing equations were given. Through the automatic searching for the optimum formula and the validation of the regressing equations, the result showed that: The result showed that when the composition was m(ABS):/n(PVC):m(CPE) : m(Sb2O3) : m (A1(OH)3) = 100 : 60 -4 : 5 : 25 , the complex system had better properties.The notched impact strength was 12.8 kj·m-2 ,the tensile strength was 35.3 MPa,the oxygen index was 30.1 . The results came from the equations of regression tallied with the results of experiment.
