摘要
采用Profibus-DP总线技术对烟支存储输送系统中HCF80装盘机外围电器元器件的控制连接方式进行改进设计。经模块增减,改进后的装盒机控制系统总线模块与PLC之间仅需1根2芯扁平总线电缆连接,与外围电器元件用接插件连接,操作简单可靠,安装方便,成本低,便于扩展和信息集成。
The Profibus-DP bus technology is adopted to carry the improved design of the control connection mode between HCF 80 tray filling machine and the external electrical components in the cigarette storing and transferring system. By increasing and reducing the modules, it only needs one flat bus cable with two cores connection between the control system bus module after the modification of the tray filling machine and PLC, then it is linked with the external electrical components by using the connectors, so it is simple and reliable to operate, easy to fit on, of low cost and easy for expansion and message integration.
