摘要
随着时代的进步和科学的发展,目前高等学校图书馆普遍利用计算机及信息技术,图书馆向现代化图书馆管理转型已有了长足的进展。但应该看到,目前高校图书馆在实现向现代化管理和向数字化图书馆转型方面,发展还不平衡,表现在区域发展等若干方面。推进高校图书馆向数字化图书馆转型,进一步实现现代化管理和计算机及信息技术在数字图书馆中的应用十分重要。
As the science developed rapidly , libraries of colleges and universities commonly use computer and IT( Information technology ) , which has made considerable progress on the change from traditional management to modern management . But we should clearly realize that the progress in different areas ate unbalanced during the change . To promote the transition to digital library and accomplish modernization management .computer and IT are of great importance .
