摘要
当前 ,我国高校教学改革应将考试制度改革放在关键和先导地位。因为考试具有评价功能 ,因而对人才培养目标有代言作用 ,对教学工作体系产生指挥棒功用。考试制度的改革必然带来整个教学工作体系 ,包括教学管理体制和模式的根本变革而大力提高人才的培养效益。
The reform in examinations should be given priority in China's overall reform of higher education. As a means of evaluation, examinations play a leading role in teaching. The reform in examinations will bring about a fundamental change in the teaching system, and therefore dramatically raise the efficiency in the training of people.
