摘要
政府作为教育政策的制定者与教育产业的管理者,应当在不同的教育领域中如何分配有限的教育资源,使其达到最优配置,是一个十分值得研究的课题。政府在产业化教育和福利化教育中所发挥的作用是不同的,政府在不同领域中所发挥的作用是否充分,直接关系到一个国家的经济发展速度。因此,政府对教育产业进入或退出必须做出一个明显的政策选择,以推动教育产业和国民经济的发展。
The author of the essay thinks that the government's role in industry-oriented Education would be different from that in welfare-oriented education.Whether a government plays a sufficient role in various fields directly concerns the rate of economic growth of a nation.Therefore,government should make a sensible choice in policy making as to whether it should get involved in or withdraw from the education industry,so as to promote the development of the education industry and economy.
