氟乙酰胺中毒对几种生化指标影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察氟乙酰胺中毒后 SD大鼠血清生化酶的改变 ,探讨急性氟乙酰胺中毒的早期临床生化诊断指标 ,为临床快速、准确诊疗提供参考。 方法 以 SD大鼠作为实验对象 ,通过灌胃染毒制备氟乙酰胺中毒的急性动物试验模型 ,测定血清、SOD、MDA、CK、ACP活性及血清羟脯氨酸、氨基已糖的含量。 结果 氟乙酰胺能引起大鼠血 SOD、MDA、CK活力升高 ,血清羟脯氨酸、氨基已糖含量升高 ,血清 ACP含量略有改变。 结论  SOD、MDA、CK、羟脯氨酸。 Objective To inspect the changes of biochemistry medium in the serum of sprague-Dawley rat after becoming poisoned by fluoroacetamide, to explore clinical diagnose, biochemistry index of becoming poisoned by fluoroacetamide in early stage and provide reference with high-speed and accuracy for clinical diagnosing and treatment. Methods SD rats were used to made acute toxicity model. The activity of SOD,MDA,CK and ACP were measured. Hydroxy proline and Hexosamine in serum were detected as well. Result The results showed that SOD,MDA,CK activity elevated, Hydroxy proline and hexosamine rised by fluoroacetamide in the serum, ACP actvity a little elevated. Conclusion SOD、MDA、CK、Hydroxy proline and Hexosamine may be biochemistry quota to survey the poison of fluoroacetamide.
