摘要
目的 :研究对大鼠慢性渐进性脊髓损伤减压后内皮素的变化和及其与神经功能恢复的关系。方法 :将动物随机分为 ,慢性渐进性脊髓损伤组 ,慢性渐进性脊髓损伤组 +减压后 1、2、3、5、7、10、14、2 0、2 8d组。用放射免疫法测定的脊髓组织中ET的浓度 ,用Tarlov评分及斜板试验来评价神经功能。结果 :慢性渐进性脊髓损伤减压后ET的浓度明显降低 ,7d后降低了 10 6% ,以后有降低但变化较慢且保持在较低的水平 ,脊髓的神经功能于前 10d恢复较快 ,以后有升高但变化较慢。结论 :大鼠慢性渐进性脊髓损伤减压后ET的浓度明显降低 ,且与神经功能的恢复有关。
Objective:To reseach the changes of endothelin in chronic gradual spinal cord injury after decompression and relation with neuronal function recovery in rats.Method: Experimental rats were divided into eleven groops in random:normal group,chronic gradual spinal cord injury group,chronic gradual spinal cord injury+decompression 1,2,3,5,7,10,14,20,28 day groups.ET level in spinal cord were measured by radioimmunoassay.Neuronal function was evaluated by open field and inclined plane tests Result:After decompression,concentrations of ET in spinal cord significantly decreased,after 7 days,it decreased 10 6% than that in chronic spinal cord injury groups,afterwards,it decreased slowly and maintained a lower level.Neuronal function recovered faster 10 days after decompression,afterwards,it recovered slowly.Conclusion:After chronic gradual spinal cord injury decompression,concentrations of ET in spinal cord significantly decreases,and which have relations with neuronal functional recovery of spinal cord.
