摘要
室内测定了从罹病甘蓝桃蚜上分离到的球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana Bb010715对蔬菜叶象甲 (Listroderes costirostris oliquus Klug)幼虫的毒力.在28℃,25℃,21℃,18℃和15℃下球孢白僵菌对蔬菜叶象甲幼虫的毒力测定结果表明, 25℃和21℃下, 蔬菜叶象甲幼虫开始死亡的时间较早,而且很快达到较高死亡率.在25℃下白僵菌对蔬菜叶象甲幼虫的致死力比21℃下更强,在25℃下,用1.25×108,1.25×107,1.25×106,1.25×105孢子/ml处理后第9 d死亡率均达到100%.在18℃和28℃下,蔬菜叶象甲幼虫分别在接菌后第6 d和第5 d开始死亡,第10 d和第9 d以后死亡率才达90%以上.用106孢子/ml浓度的孢子液处理,在28℃,25℃,21℃,18℃和15℃下,球孢白僵菌对蔬菜叶象甲幼虫的LT50值分别为7.9,6.8,8.8,8.9和9.0 d.
Virulence of Bb010715, an isolate of Beauoeria bassiana, against the larvae of brown vegetable weevil ( Listroderes costimstris oliqma) Hug, was bioassayed in laboratory. The larvae of the weevil were exposed to cabbage leaf discs, which had been immersed in a conidial suspension of the bacteria. A time - dose - mortality model was applied to analyze the variation of mortality rate as affected by tome and dose. This isolate proved to be highly virulent to Listroderes costirostris oliquus. The weevil showed a higher mortality rate at 25 and 21℃ than at 28, 18 and 15℃. With a dose of 106 conidia/ml under 28, 25, 21, 18 and 15℃ , the LT50 of the pest was 7.9, 6.8, 8.8, 8.9 and 9.0 d, respectively.
