摘要
目的 比较镍钛机动器械和手动器械根管预备术后患牙的疼痛情况并探讨其原因。方法 选取牙髓炎和根尖周病的磨牙 95例 ,随机分为 2组。机动组采用镍钛机动器械ProFile进行根管预备 ,手动组用不锈钢根管锉FlexoFile预备根管。比较两组术后患牙疼痛的发生情况。结果 机动组根管预备后疼痛发生率 2 7 7% ,手动组为 6 2 5 % ,两组间有极显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 采用不锈钢手用锉预备磨牙根管后疼痛的发生率较高 ,而用ProFile镍钛机动器械预备 ,可显著降低术后的疼痛不适 ,有利于一次性根管治疗术的开展。
Objective\ To examine the effect of nickel_titanium rotary instruments in reducing post_operative pain.Methods\ 95 molars with pulpal and/or periapical involvement were randomly assigned to two groups for root canal preparation. One group was treated with ProFile nickel_titanium rotary instruments; the other was treated by using stainless steel hand files_FlexoFile. The incidence and degree of post_operative pain after root canal preparation in the two groups were recorded.Results\ In ProFile group, the incidence of post_operative pain was 27.7%, while 62.5% of the teeth developed post_operative pain after hand preparation. The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion\ Root canal preparation on molars with stainless steel hand files resulted in relatively high incidence of post_operative pain. Mechanical preparation using ProFile nickel_titanium instruments generated less post_operative pain and discomfort.\;
