摘要
目的 :探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (LASIK)对手术后患者角膜泪膜稳定性及角膜表面规则性的影响。方法 :对接受LASIK手术的 2 0 5例 398只眼手术前后行荧光素钠染色、泪膜破裂时间 (BUT)、角膜地形图进行观察。结果 :LASIK手术术前戴隐形眼镜患者BUT明显比正常眼时间短 ,手术后 6个月内普遍泪膜破裂时间较术前缩短 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,角膜上皮愈合时间延长 ,角膜表面规则指数 (surfaceregularityindex,SRI)角膜表面非对称指数 (surfaceasymmetryindex ,SAI)数值增高 ,较术前差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,术后随时间推移逐渐减小 ,一年左右接近正常水平。结论 :LASIK手术可降低角膜泪膜的稳定性 。
Objective:To investigate the changes of corne al surface regularity and tear film after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). Methods: Three hundred and ninety eight myopic eyes that underw ent LASIK were oberserved, fluorescein staining(FL), tear break up time(BUT), c orneal topography was examined preoperatively and 1 day, 1 week, 2 week, 1 month , 3 month, 6 month, 1 year postoperatively. Results: The tear br eak up time of whom wear contact lens was shorter than of those didn't wear.The re were obvious decreases in BUT in 6 month postoperatively( P <0.05), but sur face regularity index(SRI), surface asymmetry index(SAI) were obvious increased in 1 year postoperatively.Conclusion:LASIK does have some effect s on tear film, the surface irregularity of corneal maybe the cause of dry eye a fter LASIK.
