摘要
银杏叶提取物对褐飞虱若虫有着较强的拒避作用,在处理后24、48和96h对褐飞虱的拒避中浓度AFC50分别为0.57、0.98和1.70mg/ml。银杏叶提取物有较强的内吸性,其对褐飞虱的拒避作用与浓度呈正相关;但触杀作用较弱。小区试验结果表明,施用1mg/ml银杏叶提取物后,水稻上残存活褐飞虱虫数明显低于对照,7d后的校正拒避率仍在98%以上。
The results showed that the crude extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves had a strong antifeeding effect on the nymph of brown planthopper (BPH), Nilaparvata lugens. The antifeeding mediamconcentrations (AFC50) for BPH were 057, 098 and 170mg/ml after being treated for 24, 48 and 96h, respectively. The crude extract had systemic activity and the antifeeding effect was positively related to the concentration of crude extract. However, the contact toxicity to BPH nymph was low. The experiment in greenhouse indicated that the mortality of BPH on rice plants treated with 1mg/ml crude extract was very high, the corrective control effect reached at more than 98% when the rice plants were treated for 7d.
