摘要
本文针对精梳正反捻针织用纱生产过程中出现的反捻纱品质较正捻纱差这一问题 ,阐明了分析研究思想和方法。重点从细纱工艺和设备专件两个途径找出解决问题的办法 ,从而达到提高成纱质量。
During the process of producing the knitting combed yarn, we found that the quality of conversed-twist yarn is inferior to that of upright-twist. This article expounded an idea and a method of analysis and research in connection with the problem. The method to solve the problem was found from two ways such as craft of spinning and the special components of spinning, which achieved the objective to improve the quality of the kitting combed yarn and on the whole eliminate the quality difference between upright-twist yarn and against-twist yarn.
