摘要
目的 探讨经B超监视下输卵管通液术中有价值的判断指标以及诊断价值。方法 对325例不孕症患者采用B超监视下输卵管通液术,术后随访6～12个月,自然受孕42例,进行腹腔镜检查22例,通过对妊娠者及腹腔镜证实输卵管异常者的分析评价输卵管通液术有价值的判断指标;与腹腔镜对比,评价通液术的诊断价值。结果 B超监视下通液术后自然妊娠42例为输卵管正常组,腹腔镜检查发现有盆腔粘连、输卵管一侧或双侧堵塞12例为输卵管异常组,两组术中推注液体的阻力、患者的疼痛感觉、宫旁液流情况、后穹隆积液量差异有统计学意义;输卵管通液术与腹腔镜总符合率为81.8％。结论 B超监视下输卵管通液术中推注液体的阻力、患者的疼痛感觉、宫旁液流情况、后穹隆积液量是有价值的判断指标;B超监视下输卵管通液术是一种简单方便、准确的输卵管检查方法。
Obiective To evaluate the diagnosis and index of hydrotubation of infertility. Methods Hydrotubation were performed on 325 infertile women. During half to one-year follow-up after the operation, 42 cases were pregnant and 22 cases underwent eaparoscopy. The clinical data of these women were analyed to evaluate the diagnostic value and index of hydrotuhation. Results Between these two groups, there was significant difference in resistance, patients' feeling, flowing of liquid beside uterine, separated width of darkened liquid shadow behida uterine. The consistent rate of hydrotubation with laparoscopy was 81. 89%. Conclusion The resistance, patients' feeling, flowing of liquid beside uterine and separated width of darkened liquid shadow behide uterine were valuable in diagnosis. Hydrotubation under the guide of the B-moda ultrasonography is simple and accurate.
