摘要
中国的经济发展再也不能走传统的所谓“工业”文明的老路 ,而要重视生态规律 ,保护环境 ,防止发达国家的贸易壁垒和污染转移 ,环境标准应尽快和国际接轨 ,调整产业结构 ,大力发展环保科技和环保产业 。
Chinese economic development can not follow the usual way which is so-called traditional western 'industrial'civilization, However it should put the emphasis on ecological rule and enviornmental protection.In order to guard against the trade-barriers and pollution-transferring from the developed countries,environmental standard should be in line with the international standards and the industrial construction should be adjusted.We should strongly develop our environmental protection science,technology and industry to meet the challenge of the global Green Revolution.
