近代国际法是处理近代国际关系所遵行的基本准则。曾纪泽作为中国近代著名的外交家 ,在外交实践中对近代国际法进行了认真学习、研究和大胆的实践 ,形成了其近代国际法意识 。
Modern international law is an elementary requirement in handling modern international relation.As a celebrated diplomat in modern China,Zeng Jize made a careful study of modern international law and committed a bold practice,which helped to form his consciousness in modern international law.It has an active influence on diplomatic history in modern China.
