本文讨论了传统的原子发射光谱捡测电路的缺点,提出利用光电信号的数值积分处理,和自扫描光电二极管阵列的电路设计疗法。
The disadvantage in the traditional readout circuit of atomic emission spectrometerwas discussed.And a new method based on digital integrator and SPD was designed.
