摘要
目的 探讨足月产妇临产前后母血、羊水中表皮生长因子 (EGF)浓度的变化与分娩发动的关系。方法 应用放射免疫法测定 5 3例足月产妇母血、羊水中EGF的浓度。其中临产组 2 8例 ,均为正常阴道分娩 ;未临产组2 5例 ,为择期剖宫产。结果 临产组母血、羊水中EGF浓度 (分别为 1.39± 0 .4 8ng L、1.17± 0 .33ng L)均显著高于未临产组 (分别为 1.0 2± 0 .4 2ng L、0 .82± 0 .4 9ng L) ,(P <0 .0 5 )。母血和羊水中EGF浓度之间无显著相关性 (r=0 .16 1,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 临产后母血、羊水中EGF浓度的升高可能与分娩启动及产程进展有关。
Objective To investigate the role of Epidermal Growth Factor(EGF) in maternal blood and amniotic fluid of term prengnancy on labor onset. Methods Fifty three women of term prengnancy were divided into two groups, One group on the time of labor onset were twenty eight women by spontaneous vaginal deliver. Another group not labor onset were twenty five women by selective cesarean section , the concentrations of EGF in maternal blood and amniotic fluid were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The concentrations of EGF in maternal blood and amnionotic fluid of labor onset(1.39±0.48ng/L?1.17±0.33ng/L respectively) were higher than not labor onset (1.02±0.42ng/L?0.82±0.49ng/L respectively), (P<0.05), but there was not a significant correlation between the maternal blood and the amniotic fluid, (r=0.161,P>0.05). Conclusions The increased EGF may play a role in the initiation of term labor onset and elevating the course of delivery.
