摘要
目的 研究贵州产杜仲乙醇提取活性成分的指纹图谱。方法 采用光谱学及色谱学方法 ,确定醇提取活性成分的UV、TLC和HPLC的特征吸收图谱。结果 醇提取活性成分有专属的特征吸收图谱 ,重现性好。结论 综合对照上述指纹图谱 ,可用于杜仲中药材的质量控制 ,也可用于其复方制剂质量的参考标准。
Objective To stady the fingerprint charts of the active compounds in Cortex Eucommiae extracted by ethanol. Methods To make use of the methods of UV ?HPLC and TLC,and to establish the characteristic absorption spectrum. Results The UV?HPLC and TLC absorption spectrums are good exclusive and reppear. Conclusions Taking a comprehensive view of the spectrums,There is simple and feasible to control the quality of Cortex Eucommiae.
