摘要
目的探讨心脏锐器伤并心包奢塞诊治。方法对我院1982～2001年诊治的13例心脏锐器伤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果12例手术治疗,其中11例治愈,1例因术后脑死亡而终止治疗,1例保守治愈。结论单纯心包伤合并少量心包积血在监护下,可保守治疗;心脏锐器伤并心包压塞如伴有创伤性窒息,提示心包压塞程度严重。
Objective To probe the diagnosis and treatment of heart injured by sharp instrument with pericardid tamponade. Methods A retrospective analysis of 13 clinical cases of injured heart by sharp instrument in the hospital from 1982 to 2001 . Results 12 cases were treated by operation, out of which 11 were cured successfully, the treatment of one case was stopped when the brain was dead after operation, another one was cured conservatively. Conclusions The simple trauma of pericardium combined with small amount of hemopericardium could be treated by non - operation. An injured heart caused by sharp instrument with pericardid tamponade, if accompanied fraumatic asphyxia indicates severe pericardid tamponade.
