A survey on psychologic status and quality of marriage among patients with recurrent vaginal candidasis(RVC)

摘要目的　探讨复发性念珠菌性阴道炎 (recurrencevanginalcandidasis,RVC)患者的心理状况及其婚姻质量。方法　采用症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )及Olson婚姻质量问卷对 83例RVC患者和 83例体检正常者进行对比研究。结果　RVC患者在抑郁、焦虑、人际关系敏感、敌对性、恐怖、偏执、精神病性的得分与对照组的比较 ,差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。在婚姻满意度、性格相容性 ,夫妻交流、业务活动、性生活 ,与亲友关系的得分与对照组间别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　RVC患者存在着不同程度的心理卫生问题 ,其婚姻生活质量欠佳。 Objective To study the psychologic status and quality of marriage of patients with RVC.Methods 83 patients with RVC and 83 normal control were tested with SCT-90 and Olson Questionnaire of Quality of Marriage.Results The patients with RVC had higher scores in depression,anxiety,sensitive,to interpersonal relationship,hostility phobia,paranoia and psychosis of SCL-90,at the same time,they had lower scores in satisfying with marriage,concordance of character,couple interaction,hobby,sexual life and closeness to friend or relatives than normal control.Conclusion The patients with RVC are poor in mental health,they are more unsatisfied with their marriage.
