摘要
目的 探讨食管癌术前CT扫描检查的临床价值。方法 对 93例经病理证实的食管癌患者术前CT表现和术后病理结果进行比较 ,重点分析肿瘤对周围组织、器官的侵犯特征及肿瘤分期。结果 CT能精确显示食管癌病变对邻近组织、器官的侵犯情况。结论 食管癌术前行CT扫描检查对判断肿瘤的分期和手术可切除性有重要的意义。
Objective To explore the clinical value of preoperative CT scan in esophageal carcinoma.Methods CT findings in 93 cases with surgically and pathologically proved esophageal carcinoma were compared with pathologic findings and an analysis concerning neighboring invasion was made.Results CT could correctly display the invasion of neighboring organs with over 85%.Conclusion Preoperative CT examination plays an important role in estimation of staging and resecting of esophageal carcinoma.
