摘要
目的 了解宫颈疾病患者的心理状况。方法 随机选取 2 0 0 2年 1～ 9月在我院门诊就诊的 15 0名行阴道镜检查的宫颈疾病患者 ,用抑郁自评量表 (SDS)进行询问及评估调查。结果 宫颈疾病患者与普通人群的SDS值间的差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。宫颈防癌涂片镜检结果不同的患者 ,其SDS值间的差别无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 宫颈疾病患者在等待阴道镜检查的结果时表现出明显的抑郁状态。医生应注意改善患者的心理状态。患者缺乏宫颈癌的知识 ,主动进行宫颈防癌涂片的患者比例较低 ,需要临床医生加强此方面宣传。
Objective To investigate the psychological state among patients with cervical diseases who need colposcopy and biopsy,and their knowledge about cervical carcinoma.Methods 150 women treated in outpatient department of our hospital from 2002.1 to 2002.9 were surveyed by questionnaire and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS).Results The score of SDS of 150 cases was higher than that of healthy persons.The scores between patients with different cervical smear results were not different significantly.Less than 40% women were acquainted with the knowledge about cervical carcinoma.Conclusion No matter what results of their smears,the women become depressed when waiting for the result of colposcopy and biopsy.Their psychological state should be improved.Moreover they also need help to enlarge their knowledge about cervical carcinoma,and they can have cervical smear on their own initiative.
