摘要
本文采用不同的培养液在体外培养蓖麻蚕蛹卵巢细胞,比较观察细胞生长,发现这些细胞能连续传代。开始细胞生长相当慢,13代以后,生长加快,趋于稳定。并且发现这些细胞对蓖麻蚕核型多角体病毒十分敏感。
The paper compared the growth of Attacus ricini ovarian cell in different media. The date indicates that tke medium BML-TC100 is suitabl for culturing Pupal ovaries of Attacus ricini and Trypfose broth can stimulate the gtowth of the insect cell.
Now we have gained the 17 passage cells 7 months.
The cell was found to be very susceptible to Attacus ricini nuclear polyhedrosis virus.
