摘要
通过调研,发现了当前农村基础教育信息化进程中普遍存在的由于人员培训不到位造成的设备长期闲置现象,提出了发展中国农村基础教育信息化工作应该跨越的具体步骤.
By investigations it is a existent phenomenon at large that less trained men cause equip ment leaving long unused in the progress of country's basic education information and concrete steps that should been spanned are brought forward in develop ing country's basic educa-tional information.
