摘要
介绍了QMG 01型保护剂的作用机理和在齐鲁石化公司第二化肥厂100kt/a甲醇装置的工业应用。结果表明,该保护剂性能良好,脱Fe(CO)5、Ni(CO)4能力强,对下游甲醇催化剂可起到有效的保护作用,提高了甲醇质量。该保护剂价格低廉,使用方法简单,无特殊的使用要求。
Mechanism and application of QMG01 guard agent for protection of methanol synthesis catalyst in an methanol plant was described. The application showed that QMG01 guard agent exhibited high Fe(CO)5 and Ni(CO)4 removal capacity. The agent is also featured by low cost and ease in operation.
