摘要
文章分析了我国高校毕业生这一特殊的人力资源就业的流动趋势,即名牌重点高校毕业生向国外流动;内地生源高校毕业生向沿海发达地区流动;农村生源高校毕业生向城市流动;大部分毕业生向民营科技企业和外资、合资企业及机关、事业单位流动,在此基础上,剖析了它产生的原因及其带来的消极影响,最后提出了相应的对策。
This paper analyses the employment trend of the college students in our country. That is, the graduates of well-known key universities going abroad, those of inland origin to the coastal developed area, those from village to the city, most to the civil hightech or foreign-founded enterprises, or joint-ventures, or governmental or institutional units. Further causes and negative effect are added up. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward at the end.
