摘要
建立了 HPLC法检测银杏叶提取物中银杏酸含量的方法。银杏叶提取物以氯仿萃取 ,无水硫酸钠干燥后浓缩 ,残留物溶于甲醇后进行 HPL C分析。采用 Hypersil C1 8柱 ,柱温为 3 0°C,流动相为甲醇 -水 -冰醋酸 (85∶ 14 .5∶0 .5 ) ,检测波长为 3 11nm。银杏酸在 2~ 3 2 μg/ ml浓度范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 99.4% ,RSD为 1.2 % ,检测限为 5 ng。
A HPLC method for determination of ginkgolic acid in extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves (EGb) was presented. EGb was extracted with chloroform. After removed of the solvent the dried residue was dissolved in methanol and determined by HPLC. A Hypersil C 18 column was used, with mobile phase of methanol water acetic acid (85∶14.5∶0.5), at column temperature of 30°C, and detection wavelength of 311 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 2~32 μg/ml ( r =0.9999). The average recovery was 99.4% with RSD of 1.2%. The detection limit was 5 ng.
