乳腺浸润性导管癌间质成纤维细胞α-SMA、Ki-67的表达

摘要 目的:研究不同类型浸润性导管癌间质成纤维细胞是否存在生物学特性上的差异。方法:用免疫组化的方法研究了58例乳腺浸润性导管癌间质成纤维细胞α-SMA、Ki-67的表达情况,分析表达率与临床分期和肿瘤类型之间的关系。结果:Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期浸润性导管癌间质成纤维细胞α-SMA表达率为78.9%(15/19),高于Ⅱ期(13/27)Ⅰ期(5/12)表达率(P<0.05);硬癌间质成纤维细胞α-SMA表达率最高,为84.2%(16/19),高于单纯癌(11/21)和不典型髓样癌(6/16)表达率(P<0.05)。结论:不同病理类型、分期的乳腺浸润性导管癌间质成纤维细胞的α-SMA表达存在差异。 Objective:To observe the heterogeneity of stromal fibroblasts among different infil-trating ductal breast cancers.Methods :Monoclonal antibodies recognizingα-smooth muscle actin and Ki-67antigen were used to study smooth muscle differentiation and proliferation of stromal fibroblasts in58cases of infiltrating ductal breast cancers.Results:The positive rate ofα-SMA in stromal fibrob-lasts of stageⅢ,Ⅳinfiltrating breast cancers was78.9%,significantly higher than that of stageⅠ,Ⅱcases.Stromalα-SMA expression correlated with pathological type,and scirrhic carcinoma had a higherα-SMA positive rate than medullary carcinoma with carcinoma simplex.Con clu sion:Difference in my-ofibroblast differentiation exists among infiltrating ductal breast cancers.Stromal myofibroblast may con-tribute to the progression of infiltrating ductal carcinoma by a paracrine mechanism.
