摘要
应用^(32)P—β射线内照射大豆风干种子的结果表明:^(32)P—β射线可以引起M_1代的苗高、成株率和孕性等生物学损伤,并且照射强度越高,引起的生物学损伤越严重。同时,也可以诱发M_2代的叶绿素缺失、孕性和熟期等性状的突变。
~32P -B ray internal radiating natural dryed soybean seed showed that 32P -B ray can induce biological damage, for example, affecting height of seedling and the rate of growing to mature plant, and changing characters of booting. The higher the radiation intensity is, the worse the biological damage is. Meanwhile it can induce deficience of chlorophyll, mutation of booting character of ripening stage.
