摘要
本文应用不同的培养方法,分离、筛选出3种产酸细菌:植物乳杆菌、乳酸片球菌和屎链球菌。由于其各自生长繁殖所需的pH值和对氧的需求以及耐酸程度不同,通过协同作用,则可作为生物防腐产酸细菌的菌种。
This paper studies isolation, identification and growing of organic acid - producing bacteria; Streptococcus faecium, Pediococcus acidilatica and Lactobacillus plant erum. The three special bacteria can grow in different pH condition and require different concentration of oxygen. They all can be used as biological antiseptic bacterium strains if they are combined and grown in the same condition.
