膨肺对机械通气相关肺不张的影响

摘要 目的 :评价膨肺对机械通气相关肺不张的影响。方法 :对 10例机械通气相关肺不张患者膨肺 3周 ;通过Combat肺功能监测仪 ,测定膨肺前后潮气量、气道阻力、肺顺应性、气道峰压、呼吸功、氧合指数的变化。结果 :膨肺前后患者呼吸功能参数具有显著变化 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,CT和胸片证实肺复张。结论 :膨肺使潮气量增加、肺顺应性改善、氧合指数上升 ,气道阻力和气道峰压下降 ,呼吸功降低 ,促进肺复张 ,对预防和治疗肺不张具有积极意义。
