摘要
从西部大开发的地理区划范围入手 ,选取相关省份 ,构建了包括有经济状况、人民生活水平等指标在内的指标体系 ,以详实的数据为基础 ,进行统计聚类分析 ,得出西部大开发应从全国范围内宏观考虑、整体统筹 ,在加强东西部地区联系的同时 ,对中部地区的枢纽地位应予以充分的重视的结论。
We should strengthen the relation between the eastern and the western regions when carrying out west development. The central regions are the hinges of the contact between the east and west. What's most important is that compared with the western regions, some central provinces is similar in the economic status, that's to say, they are backward provinces. Statistical clustering analysis also confirms this result. So we can draw a conclusion: west development should be considered from our whole country, should be planned as a whole from the macro.
