摘要
本文研究了炭黑吸附—湿式氧化再生处理染料工业废水。用正交实验确定了最适宜的吸附条件和再生条件,实验结果表明,在最适宜吸附条件下,染料废水中的COD_(cr)去除率达87.0%,色度去除率达99%。在最适宜再生条件下,炭黑再生率达93%~101%,该方法操作简单,管理方便,尤其对不可生物降解的工业废水处理效果良好。
This paper makes a research on black carbon absorption — wet oxidation regeneration or disposing dyeing waste water. Absorption and regeneration conditions are determined by rthogonal experiment. The experiment results show: under the most suitable absorption ondition, 99%; removal rate of COD_(cr) in dye waste water is 87. 0%; removal rate of color, nder the most suitable regeneration condition,black carbon regeneration rate reaches 93—97%. here are simple operations and easy management for the method. It is of good effect, specially to disposing non—biodegrating wastewater in industry.
