摘要
本文应用机构优化设计方法,对再现给定圆弧轨迹两自由度五杆机构进行了尺度综合。文中根据设计要求以最佳再现给定圆弧轨迹为追求目标,以满足传动角条件及尺寸条件为约束条件,建立了数学模型,采用约束非线性规划的复合形法求得了机构最优运动参数。
Dimensional synthesis of path generation of a five-bar linkage with double-degree of freedom by optimal degign is introduced in this paper. It is under the constrained condition of satisfying the demand of angle and dimension, the concerned mathematical model has been set up, the constraint complex of nonlinear programming to obtain the optimum kinematic element in mechanism as well.
