摘要
企业是技术创新的主体,是国家创新的基础。改革开放以来,我国经济年均增长9%左右,但应当看到我国经济的高速增长主要是依靠大量人力、物力和财力投入所取得的,在培育具有国际竞争力的大公司、大企业集团方面,却与发达国家相距甚远。在资源有限、单纯通过扩大规模和扩张数量求得经济高速增长已难以为继的情况下,只有依靠技术创新,才能推动经济快速、稳定、持续健康的发展。
Under the condition of the resources limitation and the narrow space of the economy's quick increase only by expanding economic quantity and scale,an enterprise,as the subject of the technical innovation,must rely on the technical innovation so that the quick,stable and sustainable development of economy may be kept.
