摘要
本文用优化方法求出离合器的最优接合规律,并用自行研制的高速开关阀控制离合器实现最优接合;通过对开关阀有效控制速度范围及波纹误差的分析,给出了该类系统设计的理论依据,并用试验进行了验证。
In this paper, the optimum clutch engagement schedule is calculated by optimization and a newly developed high-speed switching valve is used to realize the optimum engagement. The paper analizes the linear range and the wave error of the switching valve system and gives a quantitative basis to the design of this kind of system. Some experiment results are given.
