摘要
以大客车车体动力学建模为例,探讨了机械结构解析与系统识别相结合的综合建模模式。论述了对车体以特征系统识别算法(ERA)识别结果修改有限元计算模型,以及从识别信息中提取物理坐标下结构参数的数学原理及实施方法。研究表明,文中方法可以更精确、更真实地对机械系统动力学特性模型进行分析、评价和预测。
Taking the dynamic modeling of a coach body as an example, this paper searches a synthestic modeling procedure of mechanical system through the combination of analysis and test. This paper also demostrates the principle to modefy analytical mod- el of finite-element by some results of eigen-system realization algorithm and the mothod to obtain structural parameters in physical coordinate system from the identification results. The synthetic modeling procedure is presented to make it more precise and practical to analyze, evaluate and predicate mechanical system dynamic characteristics.
