不同磨削液时磨削表面的SEM考察

SEM Observation of Ground Surface in Different Grinding Fluids

摘要 本文对磨削液不同、磨削用量与加工材料不同的磨削表面的形貌用扫描电镜(SEM)进行了考察,结果表明,干磨时因金属产生高温呈熔融状而有涂抹在磨削表面的现象,材料塑性愈大则愈严重;磨削液的润滑性、浸润性差时,磨削表面残留的切削沟痕较宽,沟槽两侧因金属产生侧流而隆起。反之,切削沟痕清晰、细密;使用冷却性好的磨削液时,很容易使烧伤表面产生裂纹;重负荷磨削时,磨削表面的切削沟痕普遍比一般磨削时的要宽,沟痕两旁隆起要高,随磨削液润滑性能的提高,其程度有所减轻。 In this paper, the state of ground surface in different grinding fluids is ob- served by SEM under two grinding conditions and two materials of the workpiece. Results obtained are as follow: in dry grinding, owing to high temperature the work metal shows the appearance of melting, which coated on the ground surface. The more the work metal is plastic, the more the phenomenon is serious; the cutting grooves of ground surface are wide, and side flow on both sides of groove exists when the lubricating and permeating abilities of grinding fluids are poors the crack will be formed easily on the surface of work piece burn when the grinding fluid has good cooling ability; for heavy grinding conditions both the wide cutting groove and the side flow of are usually more serious than for light grinding condition. It can be decreased, as the lubricity of grinding fluid is increased.
