分插机构的传动系统运动分析

Kinematic Analysis of Universal Joints of Rice Transplanter

摘要 本文以2ZT—953型水稻插秧机为例,对不等角速双万向联轴器的输入轴1与输出轴3的运动关系进行了深入研究,比较精确地推导出轴1、3与中间轴2的夹角(θ_1、θ_3)随转弯角度β变化的关系式,绘制了轴3的角速度ω_3、角加速度α_3的变化规律曲线图。为分析分插系统的运动、动力和插秧质量提供了新情况,为分析转弯时插秧的危害提供了依据。 The paper analyses deeply into the research of kinematic relation between im-put and output shaft of double universal joint with variable angular velocity, 2ZT-935 motor-driver rice transplanter as an example. It more accuratly deduces the relative formula of the angle between driving and driven shafts and intermediate shaft, the transplanter turns with the steering angle. Curves of angular relocity and acceleration of the driven shaft are provided. In this way, the paper offers new condition for analyzing the movement of sticking part system of rice transplant. It also offers the basis for analyzing the harm of rice transplant when it turns a corner.
